Although Florida's Real Estate Market has been doing poorly over the past couple of years, the inventory is now decreasing due to homes being taken off the market, re-financing, loan modifications and sales. Despite the negative press coverage , most area Realtors are of the opinion that home prices in Palm Beach County have dropped about as much as they will.
